This simple question opened AO(Accounting Offices) Shapers, an internal Visma conference in Ghent last week, and ended up capturing one of the biggest shifts happening in the accounting industry.

Across three days, together with Visma companies like Silverfin, Nmbrs, e-conomic and Holded, one thing became clear:
