Each year, on February 14th, we take a moment to acknowledge something that sits at the core of how we work, respect, and appreciation between colleagues.

Across our offices, appreciation notes are already finding their place on desks and walls. Small messages, written with intention, that recognize effort, support, patience, teamwork, and the everyday contributions that keep things moving.

It is a simple initiative, yet sometimes, a few honest words are enough to remind someone that their work counts.

Thatโ€™s why weโ€™ve launched a new internal soft skills trainings initiative, starting with our leadership roles and soon expanding to all colleagues across the Romania competence center.

From building agility and resilience in a dynamic environment, to strengthening critical thinking, collaborative leadership and structured problem-solving, these sessions are designed to help us navigate change with clarity and confidence.
