Dossier will be at HIMSS this year and look forward to meeting up and sharing our insights from EMR readiness training in two large Nordic EMR projects.

A new study published in the Journal of Clinical Informatics takes aim at the notion that lackluster user experience is an essential part of electronic health record usage. Instead, it emphasizes the importance of thoughtful education and training processes, sensitive to the unique needs of physicians and nurses, to enabling increased EHR satisfaction.

A better clinician experience makes for higher-quality patient care, according to a new report from KLAS' Arch Collaborative, which makes the case for bigger investment in end-user education.

Dossier is participating at the Future State Check Point. The event is part of the SDV project, which has been tasked with implementing Region Skåne’s Digital EMR - a Cerner Millennium platform. We are providing the SDV training portal - the hub for all EMR training. Using the portal, 20 000 employees will be EMR ready when the platform goes live in November 2020!

PS: While Henrik's T-shirt reads "Ask me about SDV training!" it looks like we are all about to run a marathon..
