With over 100 Appearians joining, we had a fantastic evening with .dunk.official and .official, it gave us the perfect opportunity to celebrate everything we’ve built together this year and the people who make it happen.

That’s a wrap on NEM Dubrovnik 2025!

A big thank you to everyone who joined the conversations about the future of the mediatech industry! A highlight for Appear was Andy Rayner, CTO speaking on the panel “The Only Content is Live: Delivering Live Sports to the World”, about how broadcasters and technology providers are evolving their workflows to meet the growing demand for live sports at scale, with precision and performance.

From IP contribution to cloud-based distribution, the insights shared reflected just how critical innovation is in keeping live content truly live.

Last week, we brought together Appearians from around the world for our 2025 Global Event, starting at our HQ in Oslo and continuing with two unforgettable days at Lily Country Club.

Under the theme “One Appear”, we unwrapped our strategy, explored the future of live production with hands-on demos aboard an NEP truck and celebration the incredible stories that define our customers’ success.

From strategy sessions to gala dinners and award celebrations, this event was a milestone in our journey toward live production technology leadership.

Appear attended FPGA Forum 2025!

We had a great time at FPGA Forum, the annual conference in Trondheim where industry experts dive deep into FPGA innovation! With two tracks of presentations running in parallel, there was plenty to learn, including our own presentation by Loan Guilbaud on Appear’s automated build and verification systems.

Between sessions, we connected with FPGA vendors, explored exciting projects, and exchanged insights on how FPGAs are shaping the future of technology. The event hosted a fantastic dinner with great opportunity to have lively discussions and connect with others in the industry.

Last week, we hosted our first 2025 Virtual Sales Kickoff with the Commercial team across Oslo, Los Angeles, Southampton, Cancún and Singapore. Navigating four time zones (never ideal for anyone!) didn’t stop us from coming together for insightful and engaging sessions.

We wrapped up on a high note, celebrating team members with well-deserved awards for their outstanding contributions 🌟 and we are now ready for another great year 🚀

We had the pleasure of onboarding our newest employees during a two-day experience. Day one kicked off with introduction of Appear’s mission, values, and solution portfolio.

Day two? A trip to our long standing manufacturing partner, Hapro, where they got a behind-the-scenes look at how our innovative solutions come to life. From sourcing to production, they saw the full journey of delivering world leading product to our customers.
