Gatwick Airport Station moves more than 60,000 passengers a day.

To keep that flow steady, GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway) and Fourway Communication Ltd needed a PAVA upgrade that could deliver clearer audio, better STIPA performance, and zero disruption to a 24/7 operation.

Zenitel’s system helped modernize the station, reduce crowd-control pressure on staff, and improve the passenger journey from platform to terminal.
