Bitstreet

Bitstreet At Bitstreet we pursue freedom by shorting the legacy financial system. Sound like fun? Join us! The cryptocurrency Bitcoin was launched back in 2009.

The blockchain technology on which it is built has since sparked a technological revolution that is truly fascinating, and its appeal for modernizing many areas of society is substantial and captivating. So substantial, in fact, that it cannot be ignored. My journey began in 2013, where curiosity and casual research later turned into a serious hobby. I eventually decided to take a leap of faith in

to the world of blockchain technology and play my part. In November 2016 BitStreet was born. Since January 2017, the company has been firmly backed by its very own mining farm, and by August 2017 Bitstreet officially launched. It is a diversified project, reflected by the various types of mining rigs that are utilized in the mining operation, and its future goals. The farm can handle multiple algorithms, and it mines, stakes and operates master nodes using various software, CPU, GPU, HDD and ASICs. Bitstreet diversifies its crypto imprint through investments and trading, and serves as an informal contact point for information relating to blockchain technology, thus helping to lower the entry barrier for people who wish to get involved with the concept.

It's all smoke and mirrors, folks!

Imagine hearing outcries all over the media, from so-called authorities and quasi-experts from around the globe, stating their "concerns" about crypto, armed with unsubstantiated claims and loaded with sensationalist attitudes on behalf of the greater good, trying to protect us all from evils, only to learn that it's all fake news and there is a deeper agenda. Sounds a bit far fetched, doesn't it?

Try falling down the rabbit hole for a while to learn about crypto, and you will be surprised. I promise you it will be worth it, and that it compares to the ending scene of the Truman Show.

Central banks are incentivised to maintain public surveillance and fortify their position of (monetary) power and dominance, under the guise of heroism. When they are threatened, as is the case with crypto, they will defend themselves and aggressively seek ways to maintain the status quo.

Watch what they do, not what they say. Central Bank Digital Currencies (DBDCs) provide an effective infrastructure for authoritarian regimes to fortify themselves by upgrading their means of surveillance, adding control mechanisms and ways to hide internal policy, information and transactions, while requiring users to to give up most of their freedoms in order to participate in the economy.

CBDCs are coming and they are an obstacle to liberty. Bitcoin is freedom.
