Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Are you a visionary with a knack for capturing brand essence in a single design? We're scouting for a Graphic Designer who can breathe life into presentations for elite clients ranging from Turkish Airlines and ESPN to local agencies. Here's the catch: our clients expect perfection. They'll provide the brand, and you'll deliver a turnkey product that resonates with their identity, often with minimal guidance. This role is your chance to directly collaborate with the President of the Agency.

You will be working independently with a well-known business that stands tall as a diversified information, services, and Media Company, operating in 40 countries and boasting over $14 billion in revenue.

Required Skills & Experience:

PowerPoint Maestro: We're a PowerPoint house. Google Slides? Not here.

Animation Artist: Craft animations that captivate and immerse.

Ad Tag Aficionado: Proficiency is non-negotiable.

Multimedia Maven: AI Video, website scraping, video creation, social media creatives (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) - we want it all.

Email Architect: Build with HTML.

Communication Pro: Fluent English is essential. We communicate via Microsoft Teams and email.

Design Guru: Expertise in Embado Elements, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and more.

Detail-Oriented: Creativity is key, but so is following directions to the T.

Equipment & Logistics:

You’ll be working from home part-time. If you transition to full-time, we'll discuss tech upgrades.

Schedule: Part-time, preferably Monday - Friday, 8:45 to 12:45 PM Nepali Time (flexibility exists). Note the daylight savings time shift.

Growth Opportunity: Prove your mettle, and a full-time role beckons, adding more hours to your shift.

Training: We invest in you. Expect 3 individual 1-hour training sessions.

Holidays: Enjoy Dashain and other Nepal holidays. Just be 'on-call' for emergencies.
Salary and Benefits:
Monthly salary 40k or above

Looking For Laravel Developers (Remote)

Requirements
-> 2-4 years of Software Development Experience as a full-stack developer
-> Sound knowledge of PHP, MySQL, jQuery
-> Hands-on experience using Laravel Framework
-> Experience using Git for version control
-> Experience TDD, Unit Testing, Writing clean code, etc
-> Experience in writing RESTful APIs
-> Experience in generating Excel, Pdf is a Plus

What you'll be doing:
• Develop, Test, and Maintain existing and new systems
• Collaborate with other Engineers, -
Developers, Architects, Quality Assurance, System Engineers, Project Managers in solving new and existing technical challenges
• Work independently to write complex code
• Independently design solutions and database structures
• Responsible to peer code review, merge code, build release candidates and deploy to various environments
• Perform as Technical Leads on a project when necessary
• Mentor/Assist Junior Engineers

What we need from you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent education/experience
