Important: Connectivity Issue Affecting Worldlink and Vianet Users
Dear Customer,
We are writing to update you on the current network performance issues. Our monitoring shows that the connectivity disruption is primarily affecting users on the Worldlink and Vianet networks in Nepal.
Current Status:
- Impacted Networks: Users accessing our services via Worldlink or Vianet may experience high latency, packet loss, or difficulty reaching their servers.
- Unaffected Networks: Users on Nepal Telecom (NTC) and several other local ISPs are reporting stable connections, confirming that our core infrastructure remains fully operational.
What is happening?
The issue is currently identified as a routing conflict or bandwidth bottleneck between specific local ISPs and our upstream international gateways. While our servers are online and healthy, the "path" taken by traffic from Worldlink and Vianet is currently unstable.
Recommended Actions:
- Switch Networks: If possible, try accessing your services via an NTC connection or mobile data to bypass the current ISP-specific routing issues.
- Use a VPN: In some cases, using a VPN can reroute your traffic through a different international gateway, restoring stable access.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as the routing between these local ISPs and our data centers stabilizes.
