Earlier this week, on July 10, Naamche - in collaboration with Design Community Nepal, co-hosted Design Chiya Guff Vol. II, turning an ordinary evening into a hub for candid, chai-fuelled dialogue. Designers across product, graphic, 3D, motion, and UX came together to unpack AI-powered workflows, client negotiation tactics, and seamless handoff practices. Laughter and insight flowed freely as every challenge became a collective lesson, reigniting our passion for design.

This wasn’t about keynotes or podiums - it was about presence. In Naamche’s warm, intentionally crafted environment, fresh voices and seasoned pros alike found common ground, exchanged honest feedback, and strengthened our creative network one conversation at a time. Thank you to everyone who showed up and reminded us why community is at the heart of great design.☕

At Naamche, we believe AI isn’t here to replace creativity, but to enhance it, streamlining routine tasks so designers can focus on human-centered problem solving and bold experimentation. Here’s to more gatherings where innovation and inspiration go hand in hand.

We're thrilled to share that Naamche, a part of reAlpha, has officially become a member of AmCham Nepal (American Chamber of Commerce, Nepal).

At Naamche, our mission has always been to be the best problem-solvers in the world. It has put us in a unique position:

1. We have built a team of world-class product builders in Nepal.

2. At the same time, we're making waves in the US, changing how people buy their homes.

That's why joining AmCham is so exciting to us.

We're eager to share our perspectives and learn from our fellow members. Our aim will always be to bridge the gap between Nepali talent and US innovation.

Naamche is getting acquired by reAlpha.

Three years ago, we started our company with one goal: to build cool stuff.

That led us to building Paana, some grueling nights, some days of despair, of nothingness, of confusion, and of fear.

Paana failed, but our hunger for building our company didn’t.

So we started a new journey: of building an AI services company with two goals:

We will have the best team in Nepal, with a core focus on having the highest talent density. We didn’t want the biggest. We wanted the best.

And we will provide this team with the best culture possible. Because we knew a great team flourishes if we build a culture of growth, of challenging each other and being there for each other.

It’s an honor to say so many brightest talents out of Nepal trusted us with our mission and our vision.

They have given their days and nights to help build this company from the ground.

Our tech leads have continued on the mantle to grow the team, to continue evolving the culture, and to make sure everyone knows: there’s no room for slackers in Naamche (and also we’re there for you whenever you need us!).

And today: we speak with gratitude when we say - the team has helped us achieve what we're announcing right now.

We’re getting acquired by reAlpha.

But, this is just the next chapter of the book we’re writing.

There’s so much we’ve to do. We’re just getting equipped with more arsenal, more weaponry to get further in our mission.

Just like our mountains, there's so much to explore in Real Estate. It is an industry ripe for disruption. Together with reAlpha, we believe AI is how we go to the next step.

And for Naamche, the mantle is still here. We’ll still strive for the best (while also getting bigger).

We’ll continue to evolve our culture.

Of remaining candid. Of challenging each other. Of growing together.

And we’ll still tell everyone: there’s no room for slackers in the next chapter of Naamche + reAlpha.

But we’re there whenever we need each other.
