उच्च शिक्षा हासिल गरेका युवाहरूलाई प्रत्यक्ष सरकारी कामकाजमा जोड्ने उद्देश्यसहित सरकारले नयाँ योजना अघि बढाएको छ। भूमि व्यवस्था, सहकारी तथा सङ्घीय मामिला मन्त्रालयले ‘सेवा प्रवाह सहजकर्ता परिचालन कार्यविधि’ को मस्यौदा सार्वजनिक गर्दै शिक्षित युवालाई सरकारी सेवा प्रवाह, विकास निर्माण तथा शासकीय प्रणालीमा सहभागी गराउने तयारी गरेको हो।
सरकारको यो कदमले युवाहरूलाई व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्रदान गर्नुका साथै सार्वजनिक सेवालाई थप छरितो, प्रभावकारी र नागरिकमैत्री बनाउन मद्दत पुग्ने विश्वास गरिएको छ। मन्त्रालयका अनुसार यस कार्यक्रमबाट युवाहरूमा सेवाभाव, नागरिक उत्तरदायित्व र राष्ट्रप्रतिको दायित्वबोध समेत अभिवृद्धि हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
कार्यविधिलाई अन्तिम रूप दिनुअघि मन्त्रालयले सरोकारवाला निकाय तथा सर्वसाधारणसँग सुझाव मागेको छ। सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले सात दिनभित्र इच्छुक व्यक्तिले [email protected] मा आफ्ना राय–सुझाव पठाउन सक्ने मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ।
