Kathmandu's air pollution has spiked to hazardous levels today, March 10, 2026. AQI is 195–210+ (very unhealthy), PM2.5 hitting 114–241 µg/m³ — up to 48× WHO safe limit. The Valley ranks 2nd most polluted major city globally right now. Thick haze persists due to emissions, dust, vehicles and dry weather. Health ministry advises staying indoors, wearing N95 masks outside and limiting activity. Possible relief with rain later this week. Stay safe! 😷🇳🇵
