𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: AC Sales Executive
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Identify and generate leads for AC solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
3. Conduct meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations for clients on AC products.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the company.
5. Monitor and support channel partners to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
6. Develop and execute sales strategies to boost channel partner sales of AC solutions.
7. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the channel sales ecosystem.
8. Provide regular updates on channel performance, market feedback, and sales forecasts to management.
9. Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to enhance partner performance.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for channel partners.
11. Offer technical and sales support to channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction across AC solutions.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in channel sales or distribution, preferably in AC sector.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
1. Must have 2-wheeler License with own vehicle.
2. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skill.
4. Good knowledge of products, industry standards, and market trends related to AC solutions.
5. Ability to meet sales target and work under pressure.
