Recently, our fellows and team members spent the afternoon with Anup Ghimire and the Doers Nepal team through Become a Doer Program, exploring personal branding, communication, storytelling, and networking.

It was a strong reminder that technical skills may open doors, but communication, trust, and meaningful relationships help build lasting careers.

A heartfelt thank you to Anup and the entire Doers team for welcoming us into your space and for such an engaging and generous session. We truly appreciate you sharing your experiences and insights so openly with us.

We were very happy to welcome Mr. Cradden Duncan, founder of Shamrock School, ex-military professional, and humanitarian, for an interactive session with the TEJ team today.

He shared honest and practical reflections around resilience, leadership, confidence, handling pressure, adaptability, and navigating unfamiliar environments. The session opened meaningful conversations for many of our young members preparing to enter professional spaces.

At TEJ, we believe growth is not only about technical skills, but also about confidence, communication, professionalism, and learning how to navigate challenges with resilience.

Thank you, Mr. Duncan, for such a thoughtful and engaging session with us today.

We were honored to host Dr. Drona Prakash Rasali, along with Mrs. Krishna Rasali, for a session at the TEJ office today.

His journey—from Nepal to building a global career—reflects what discipline, resilience, and long-term commitment can achieve, especially in the face of barriers.

For our graduates, this was not just about inspiration, but about understanding what it truly takes to grow, navigate challenges, and stay consistent over the long term.

At TEJ Fellowship, we believe you can’t grow alone — community, mentors, and peers are essential.

Meet Anu, a 2025 alumna and Software Engineer, who now mentors the next generation of tech learners. She helps them build confidence, share skills, and see what’s possible.

This is more than teaching — it’s community leadership in action.

How should new software engineers prepare for an AI-driven world? This is a question we often reflect on at TEJ Center. As technology evolves, it’s important for young engineers not only to learn coding, but also to understand how the field itself is changing. We’re grateful to Kamal Lamgade for leading a remote workshop with our fellows on low-code and no-code engineering, and what these tools may mean for the future of building software.

Thank you, Kamal for sharing your time, insights, and for offering to mentoring our fellows.

We just completed our 9-day intensive Pre-Bootcamp in partnership with Karkhana Samuha.

All participants were girls from marginalized communities in Madhesh Province. Over the 9 days, they learned the basics of JavaScript, built projects, and worked together to solve problems. This is just the first step in their journey toward a career in tech.

A big thank you to Karkhana Samuha for collaborating with us, and to our dedicated TEJ teaching fellows — Niru, Muskan, Libina, and Anu — for guiding the girls throughout the program.

Our 2025 full-time bootcamp fellows are now certified software engineers. After months of learning and building real-world projects, they’ve moved into the next phase—industry mentorship to support their early careers in tech.

This work is made possible by our educators, fellows, and the entire TEJ team. Thank you for the commitment and integrity you bring to this mission. We’re grateful to be building this path together.
