Simply because the ratio of circumference and diameter is always 3.14(PI):1. No matter how large or small your circle is, the circumference is always PI x Diameter or PI x 2 x Radius.

A number is divisible by:

2: if the last digit is 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8.
3: if the sum of the digits is divisible by 3.
4: if the number formed by the last two digits is divisible by 4.
5: if the last digit is either 0 or 5.
6: if it is divisible by 2 AND it is divisible by 3.
8: if the number formed by the last three digits is divisible by 8.

Basically, all the stuff which we can smell release a large set of molecules called 'odorants'. These odorants can be specifically recognised by sensory neurons in the nose.
