Position Overview:
As a Software Developer Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in software development. You will work closely with our experienced development team on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience in various technologies and methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in training sessions to build proficiency in programming languages, development frameworks, and tools.
* Collaborate with senior developers on live projects to gain practical experience.
* Assist in the design, coding, and testing phases of software development.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
* Learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of any programming language.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Eagerness to learn and a passion for software development.
Preferred:
* Demonstrable portfolio of personal projects showcasing coding skills and creativity.
* Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
* Exposure of JavaScript frameworks ReactJS and Node.js
* Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
* Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
* Exposure to software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
