Job Description:
We are seeking a WordPress Designer responsible for aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

Skills and Qualifications:
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

Performance test?
Performance Testing is a software testing process used for testing the speed, response time, stability, reliability, scalability and resource usage of a software application under particular workload. The main purpose of performance testing is to identify and eliminate the performance bottlenecks in the software application. It is a subset of performance engineering and is also known as “Perf Testing”.
The focus of Performance Testing is checking a software program's
1) Speed - Determines whether the application responds quickly
2) Scalability - Determines maximum user load the software application can handle.
3) Stability - Determines if the application is stable under varying loads

Why do Performance Testing?
Performance Testing is done to provide stakeholders with information about their application regarding speed, stability, and scalability. More importantly, Performance Testing uncovers what needs to be improved before the product goes to market. Without Performance Testing, software is likely to suffer from issues such as: running slow while several users use it simultaneously, inconsistencies across different operating systems and poor usability.
Performance testing will determine whether their software meets speed, scalability and stability requirements under expected workloads.
