We are urgently seeking a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive real business impact. Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered applications
• Build and maintain data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference systems
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools into products and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate rapidly
• Monitor and optimize deployed models for accuracy, latency, and cost
• Document architectures, experiments, and best practices for the team
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML research and industry trends
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with MLOps tools and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
• Experience fine-tuning or pre-training transformer-based models
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Background in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Open-source contributions or published AI research
