Edit: Service was Restored around 3pm today 🙂

Hi all, I’ve had a few Texts, some FaceTime calls, and even an email regarding not being able to make phone calls currently.

The issue seems to be a One NZ outage. Hopefully they resolve it soon! - Nic

ASB customers, we’ve had a few calls regarding a text that has been sent out over the last little while claiming a new device has been registered on your Internet banking. ASB are aware of this.

Easiest way to tell texts like these are a scam:
Any text from a bank or financial institution will always come from a 4 Digit number, ever a New Zealand or Australian Mobile number.
Common examples are; 8105, 2764, 8399.

You can always forward any potential scam emails to;
[email protected]
Or send a screenshot or photo to Nic at 02108641865 for a quick answer and peace of mind.
