Looks like Forma Group is continuing with a high-rise development in Mt Victoria Wellington. Some of the neighbours are not happy though.

According to Stats NZ , the volume of ready-mixed concrete was up by 0.4% compared to the same quarter last year. In the year ending December 2025, 3.64 million cubic metres of ready-mixed concrete were produced, down 4.6 % compared with the year ending December 2024. In seasonally adjusted terms, the volume of ready mixed concrete rose by 2.4% in the December quarter, following a 3.0 % rise in the September quarter - an indication of increased construction activity.
