We gave Contab’s Stainless Swimming Pools & Spa Pools page a fresh new look, and what a difference!

We built the website a few years ago now, and while the original page had served them well, it was time for a refresh.

The content was still strong, but the layout needed to feel more modern, respond better for mobile, and better set up for future content.

So we removed the sidebar, updated the fonts, changed the structure, and rebuilt the page with alternating sections to have room to grow with more content.

Sometimes a website doesn’t need to start again, it just needs a refresh.

If your website content has not been updated in a while, Google is less likely to keep picking it up and seeing it as active and relevant.

Fresh content like new project pages, updated service info, recent photos, or blog posts gives Google more to crawl, and gives potential customers more confidence that your business is current and still moving!

Taking a little mini break to catch up with friends in Southland (thanks Jess Riley for holding the fort, you’re amazing).

My friends abandoned me yesterday however, so I’m taking a one person tour.

I’ll be back in the office on Wednesday as long as a sea lion doesn’t get to me first.

The Catlins are wild and a sight to behold…much like my hair right now. 💨🌊👍

Website Tip of the Week!

One of the simplest ways to get more enquiries from your website is also one of the most overlooked.

Make it really easy for people to contact you. Your phone number, enquiry form or booking button should be easy to see and available from every page. When someone decides they’re interested, you want it to take seconds for them to get in touch.

Small changes like this can make a big difference to how many enquiries your website generates.
