As we sit on our deck watching the sun set on the eve of our 20th celebration, we reflect on who we are and what we stand for. All Systems Go was a name decided as most fitting for both our industries as we realised the synergy between them. If the correct system was in place, be it Computer Infrastructure or Quality Management/ Food Safety, our customers would be able to work efficiently.
We look back to those early days and realise how young we were to set off on our venture. The momentum carried it along. We had made a commitment to each other, had bought a house, got engaged, soon to married and planning a family. We had youthful energy on our side!
Tim was doing the IT work and between Valerie and Tim’s mum the books were being done, whilst continuing with full time jobs of our own elsewhere. Original invoices were written up in a carbon copy book at the time that the work was done, and later entered into a spreadsheet. It is amazing how little detail is remembered about those early years, possibly because we were so busy!
We seemed to gather people as we went, staff and customers alike. The momentum kept rolling along, one would even say that All Systems were Go! Technology was moving at a fast and exciting pace, and we were swept away. Dion came to work with us in 2005 when we realised that we needed the help to provide the personalised service that we had envisioned.
In 2006, with the arrival of Charles we added the Compliance/Food Safety Team to the business, which was our original vision. This allowed Valerie to slow down a bit and be able to spend more time with our family. We realised we could no longer carry on at the pace that we had been, and we employed 4 new staff that year.
We have had several loyal staff members, some who came only for a short time whilst awaiting the next step in their careers, others who have been with us for over 10 years – Thank You Michael, Juls, Andrew and Matty.
We have shared 20 years of Life and Milestones with our staff and customers. Thank you all for the last 20 years. Friends have become staff and customers; staff and customers have become friends. We look forward to continuing these relationships for many years to come.

We have some customers who are having Outlook issues today with the latest update to the Click to Run installation of Outlook.
The issue is that only the first line of the email body is displayed. Here is how to downgrade your Office version to remove this latest update.

Right Click the Windows Button and click Run:

Once the Run window appears paste the following into the Open: field: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462

Then click OK.

Just had a call from a client who deleted a folder from their desktop maybe at the start of 2020, Maybe before? Was a lockdown cleanout victim. Now, over a year later, they need that file back. They'd never put it on the server or anything it was on their laptop only.

Yes. I have found it, and am currently in the process of restoring it from backup.
