Just who are our customers ? Ironically we have 2 very different types of customers:
Consumers of goods and services, and
Suppliers of goods and services
For Consumers of goods there is no fee – you should not have to pay to ask for a product or service. You just put in the product details and features you are after. For Suppliers ~ well they make their living from selling goods so they are going to be looking for you to sell to, yes they are motivated to find and sell to you. We make our money by charging suppliers for selling their goods to consumers. But we only charge when they do sell and only a reasonable fee. So we are sort of brokers really bringing two parties together, someone who wants something, and someone who wants to sell that same thing. But we just do it a smarter way than the traditional web-store front or auction site. One of our aims is to give suppliers the freedom make you "offers" over and above what you are requesting ~ this does not have to be monetary, but it should be additional value to you in some form ~ we call these things Sweeteners. Sweeteners should not increase the price to the consumer ~ this is additional value at no extra cost.
