The CCNNZ 2023 contact centre conference held in Auckland last Friday was a great success.
Giles Potter, Owner-Director of Great Outcomes was asked to stand in for the CCNNZ Chairperson role to open the conference, as well as contributing in the panel session. We heard from excellent professional speakers, large and small contact centres, and from suppliers in the very full exhibitor hall.
