At Integrate, we were honoured to receive a special award from Yealink, recognising this achievement and the innovation, expertise, and commitment behind it. The award was accepted on behalf of Ricoh New Zealand by Gustav Teitge, a fitting recognition of the leadership and collaboration that helped bring this milestone to life.

This achievement reflects the incredible teamwork across our business, from commissioning and service teams through to projects and sales. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this possible.

Investing in new technology is about more than replacing existing equipment, it's about unlocking new opportunities for growth and delivering even greater value to customers.

We're delighted to receive this feedback from Danny V., Managing Director, CMD Print Solutions, on their upgrade to the Ricoh Pro C7500:

"Our C7100 worked really well for approximately seven years, and it was time to upgrade, so we decided to purchase the C7500. The fact that the C7500 can print on heavier stock and larger sheets has made production a lot easier, as we now don’t have to outsource certain jobs. The C7100 was a great machine, but the C7500 is an improvement, as you would expect with technology, and we’re happy we made the decision to go for this machine."

🎭 Mid-Winter Comedy Night: A Reminder That Connection Matters

At Ricoh New Zealand, we're passionate about helping people work smarter, but it's just as important to take time to connect, recharge, and have a few laughs along the way.

Last Friday, colleagues from across the business came together for our inaugural Mid-Winter Comedy Night, enjoying great company, pizza, plenty of laughter, and an evening that brought teams together outside the workplace.

The event was a fantastic reminder that our culture is built on more than what we do. It's built on the relationships, camaraderie, and shared experiences that make Ricoh such a great place to work.

A special thank you to Darren Elmore for the idea that brought this event to life, and to Laura Allison for her outstanding coordination and organisation. Your efforts helped create a memorable evening for everyone involved.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for bringing your energy, humour, and team spirit. We're already hearing calls to make this a winter tradition, and we couldn't agree more.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from Auckland Girls' Grammar School and Pacific Advanced Secondary School to Ricoh NZ for our ShadowTech Day - a hands-on experience designed to inspire the next generation of technology leaders.

From interactive PC-building workshops and career conversations to exploring the role of AI and sustainability in shaping the future of work, the day was filled with curiosity, learning, and great discussions.

A special thank you to Vanessa Hefer for sharing her inspiring journey in the travel technology industry and providing valuable insights into building a career in tech.

We'd also like to thank Simon Kingston for his engaging session on AI and sustainability, and Darren Elmore for introducing students to Ricoh and showcasing how technology helps organisations work smarter every day.

Our panel discussion was another highlight, with Denise Elliott, Laura Peddie, Janine Brittain, Adi Gordon, Ashleigh Garrett, Anamika Mitra, and Rebecca O'Leary generously sharing their career journeys, lessons learned, and advice for those considering a future in technology.

The future of our industry is bright, and it's incredibly rewarding to help young people explore the opportunities available to them.
