This year I’m taking on the Sky Tower Challenge for the very first time 🏃‍♂️

My goal? To beat 15 minutes.

Over the past year, two friends in my local community have been diagnosed with blood cancer. Seeing what they’ve gone through — and how much it knocks them about — really puts things into perspective.

Sometimes in moments like this, you can feel a bit powerless. Aside from checking in and lending a hand where you can, it’s hard to know what to do. So, I figured this is one way I can show some love and support — in true Kiwi bloke fashion.
