💪 Revenue from our 11 portfolio startups has grown from $5m to $43m in 3 years
💪 ARR of those companies has grown by 108% on average in the past year

Spotted in the AFR 😎

We’re stoked to have participated in Paloma portfolio company 's most recent fundraise of $16m.

We first met Trickett back in 2020 and have loved following his journey.

Since going through our venture studio he’s adopted a couple of our employees as his own, raised over $32m in funding and is heating up to process more than $1b of payments through the Marmalade platform this year.

Safe to say Marmalade is one to watch 🤓

Former Wilsons stockbroker and Australian national swimmer Luke Trickett has raised $16 million for his invoice payments start-up Marmalade.

🚨 Myth Busting 🚨

We know there are some misconceptions about venture studios in the ecosystem, particularly around how much equity founders have to give up.

👉 Whilst some venture studios do take a significant equity share, we typically take just 10% in our early stage ventures (and it's ordinary shares)

We've worked pretty hard to come up with a % that is founder friendly, but also meaningful enough for us to have proper skin in the game and build a company alongside a founder, as if it were our own.
