Merry Christmas and a great big Thank you!

To our fantastic clients thank you for backing us over the past twenty something months.
The business has gone through some big changes, and while it hasn’t all been smooth, your patience, trust, and support have really meant everything to us!
I'm very proud of how the team has handled it all and where we are heading. Most of all grateful to have good people and partnerships alongside us.

Monday 12th Jan - We will be back on deck, full steam ahead with your field day orders. Thanks to the early birds that have got their orders in already, If you need any help we are here to make the process easy.

After 56 years in the trade, Jim has decided to retire and has sold the business from the 1st April 2024.

I wish to thank my staff - Anthony, Kerry, Christina, Jesse and Bridget - and all past staff for their involvement in the success of the business.

Also, I thank the community of Gore and surrounding districts for all their support over the many years I have been in business.

The new owner is local man Kurt Hutton, and the new company is called Sign Advertising 2024 Ltd.

Kurt is looking forward to meeting existing clients and welcoming new clients, and being involved in the community. Kurt will be supported by the current team, except Kerry who is retiring.

Another busy year is completed!

The boys thought it was time to upgrade the signwriting on the van, they have been busy over the weekend.

With Waimumu Field Days in less than 4 months, see us for any flags that you need.
They have a 3 week turnaround so make sure you get in nice and early to ensure we can meet your needs. Before Christmas would be ideal.

It's been a busy week, giving Sgt Dan a face lift! Jim and Anthony have been up and down the scaffolding painting away so Sgt Dan and the Thistle can look fresh.

Thank you to all our customers over the last year for your support. We wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year, and look forward to working with you in 2022.

It's been a long, busy year and we are looking forward to a well deserved break, as we are sure you all are too.

Last month our building had a face lift, courtesy of Ajax Building Contractors LTD and we are very pleased with how it looks.

We close on Thursday 23rd at 12.00pm, back with minimal staff on the 10th January and full force from the 17th.

Our after school boy Marsh turns this into a full family affair being Kim's son.

Marsh is year 12 at school and works with us twice a week to keep the workshop and office areas clean and tidy.

He loves volunteering at Camp Columba during the holidays, is very involved in the Calvin Church Youth group, and is a devoted big brother to Evie; he is extremely social like any 16 year old.

Kerry is always smiling and is wonderful to chat to.
She deals with all our admin work; sending out invoices and paying the bills.

Kerry loves looking after her grandkids ranging in age from 2 to 19 and is often on the sidelines/in the audience of their school events to cheer them on. She loves pottering in the garden and going for nice relaxing walks, and along with her husband she enjoys going away in the caravan to Bannockburn and Kaka Point.

She is also involved in the Hokonui Lions, supplying us with cheese rolls twice a year which we all look forward to.
