Term 1 - Seen & Unseen
How does presence operate in multi-layered life roles? Examining connectedness, concurrence, and the tension between visibility and invisibility. Through repetition, restraint of colour, and sense of materiality, I translate the quiet collision and overlap of these roles, into spatial and textural forms.

My works continues to explore the use of grids and automatic writing as vehicles that reflect the seemingly tenuous thread between presence and erasure, authenticity and curation.

It's taken a hot minute to gather my thoughts after a thorough weekend of art & good company.
Day 1 started with hanging the biennial exhibition, now showing .
It was such a great experience to collaborate, learn and partake in this special event. And while I didnt manage a submission this year, I'm excited to be a part all the same.
As always, a huge shout out to the amazing Toni - founder, creator and connector for her boundless enthusiasm.

A little looksee at the goodies from yesterday's in greytown hosted by
It was a fantastic inaugural event, with some familiar faces, and new friends made while we waited for our turn to peruse all the papers and pens.

This weekly planner will come in handy as I continue me last year of studies this year.

It did get me to wondering though ... perhaps I should bring those goodies I know you loved from Paper and Press and bring them to the masses next year?
