As safety is our first priority, we are not allowing walk-ins during Level 3 Lockdown; the whole process will be completely contactless. You will have to book an appointment online, as well as on phone too and drop the device in the Drop off Box which will be provided. You will be notified once your device is fixed and you will have to collect it from the Pickup box.
Apart from this we do have courier service available for our nationwide customers. We will arrange the courier pickup from your location and will deliver the device back once fixed. Most of the repairs generally take around an hour, so we are aiming to courier your device back the same day we receive it.
