✨ We welcome Ruby our newest creative.
Ruby has a love for all things creative, with a particular passion for branding, typography, colour and creating cohesive visuals that feel thoughtful, exciting and sometimes a little playful.

With a background in graphic design and marketing, Ruby brings a curious and considered approach to all kinds of creative projects, from branding and digital design to social media and content creation. She loves taking an idea or feeling and seeing where it can go. Creating work that feels polished, purposeful and full of personality.

Naturally curious and always up for a good challenge, Ruby is happiest when she has a creative project to get stuck into.

Outside of STRAT, you’ll find Ruby painting and printmaking, knitting, baking, pottering in the garden or making the most of all that Taranaki has to offer. 🎨🌿

✨ Meet Sam, .co who joined the team a few months ago. With experience across strategic planning, content creation, marketing and event coordination, Samantha brings a creative and strategic approach to everything she does.

She’s passionate about the space where strategy and creativity meet creating content and campaigns that are visually engaging, true to a brand’s voice and, most importantly, deliver results.

Having worked with local businesses as well as brands across New Zealand and Australia, Sam has helped grow brand awareness, strengthen lead generation and improve ROI through thoughtful marketing strategies and creative ex*****on.

Outside the office, Sam is a full-time mumma, but her creativity certainly doesn’t stop there. She’s building her own visual diary through photography, capturing the details, moments and aesthetics that inspire her. 📸✨

There’s work you make. And then there’s work that moves a region.
— Taranaki public transport network started as a question with :
How do we create something people don’t just use, but connect with?
Together with Taranaki Regional Council, we recommended and led a journey that began with workshops and honest conversations with community.
What followed was strategy, positioning, naming and identity of a new transport brand — built from the ground up.
A transport network that does more than move people. One that weaves a thread between communities, reduces distance, and brings Taranaki closer together.
We created the brand and identity of Te Pahi to feel warm, welcoming and human —
like someone who always has your back. Practical. Reliable. United. Fair.
A brand that doesn’t try too hard — because it knows its worth.

Seeing Te Pahi out in the world — on buses, in shelters, across the region — is something we’re incredibly proud of.

This is what happens when strategy leads.
