What’s the lowest productivity activity an SDR does every day?

Calling people and not getting through.

Call connect rates are less than 7%. That means 93% of the time your reps are dialling, they’re effectively wasting time.

How to remove letter accents in google sheets using a simple formula!

Sometimes when working with fuzzy data you'll come across errors caused by letter accents. Certain CRMS won't accept them, others will change the letters to something completely different, and when you go to use your data tools to find information for these contacts you'll find many of them won't properly format letter accents.
