Today we said goodbye to our General Manager, Paul.

Paul joined the Phone Life team last year, moving over from Australia to take on the role. In that time, he's become a genuinely valued part of the team, and it's fair to say he'll leave a gap behind him.

Paul is heading back to Auckland to be closer to his young family, and while we're sad to see him go, it's exactly the right call. Family comes first, and we're grateful for the time, energy and care he put into this business over the past year.

Thank you, Paul, for everything you brought to the team. You'll be missed around here, and we wish you and your family all the best for this next chapter in Auckland.

"Why do you always try to sell me the whole bundle?"

We hear this. Genuinely. You come in for a screen protector, maybe a case, and somehow you're being told about a lens protector too. It can feel like an upsell. Like we're just trying to add to the bill.
