There’s something pretty special about being able to combine work with a little bit of astrophotography. 🌌✨
While working as the photographer for an event for Toyota Australia at the incredible Huka Lodge in Taupō, I managed to capture this shot after finishing the event.
The Milky Way was absolutely spectacular that night, stretching right over Huka Lodge and lighting up the sky above the grounds. It was one of those moments where you just have to stop, grab the camera and make the most of what’s in front of you.
Not a bad office for the night! 📸🌌
Huka Lodge really is one of those places that looks incredible by day, but under a clear Taupō night sky, it becomes something else entirely.

🍂 WOW — what an incredible Autumn Mini Sessions season!

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to all the amazing families who joined me for this year's autumn family portraits. It was such a pleasure meeting so many wonderful people, capturing genuine smiles, laughter, and special moments together.
The autumn colours were absolutely stunning this year, creating the perfect backdrop with vibrant reds, oranges, and golden leaves. Every session felt unique, and I loved seeing each family's personality shine through in the photos. 📸✨
I'm so grateful for the fantastic turnout and support—it was a huge success, and I can't wait to start delivering these beautiful memories to everyone!

There’s something incredibly special about keeping things intimate just the two of you, surrounded by nature, exchanging vows in one of New Zealand’s most breathtaking locations.
