Unfortunately, due to staff shortages and Govt. requirements for self-isolation, our store will be operating reduced hours beginning 11 April 2022. We hope this will be only in the very short term and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We will continue to respond to support requests by telephone, email, or our website contact form.

October 11th 2021 COVID-19 UPDATE FOR LEVEL 3

TEMPORARY OFFICE OPENING HOURS DURING LEVEL 3 - 9.30AM - 2.00PM

REMOTE & TELEPHONE SUPPORT 8.30AM - 5.00PM

With the partial Level 3 lockdown of the Waikato extended to cover Te Awamutu, our office will only be operating contactless pick up / drop off. We ask that you call our landline 07 871 3837 or use the contact form on our website (http://www.computeraid.co.nz/) to pre-book your workshop job beforehand. We may be operating reduced hours subject to customer demand.

Some of our staff will be unable to attend work at our Te Awamutu office and will be working from home. We ask that you have patience and understanding while we operate at this reduced capacity. We are still able to provide the same level of remote support to our business customers regardless of alert level.

SEPTEMBER 7th 2021 COVID-19 UPDATE FOR LEVEL 2

With the shift to Level 2 at midnight on Tuesday 7th September, we are making plans to return to the office as normal from Wednesday 8th. Please note as schools will not be open we may not have our full staff on deck until Thursday, your patience is appreciated.

AUGUST 2021 COVID-19 UPDATE
With the shift to Level 3 at midnight on Tuesday 31 August, we are making plans to return to complete any outstanding workshop jobs and notify customers that they may collect their jobs via contactless pickup. This will be no earlier than Thursday 2nd September to allow us time to prepare.
Under Level 3, you will need to book in any workshop jobs via phone, email or our website contact form. We will then call you to confirm a time to drop off the equipment as we will be running reduced hours of business.
We can still perform antivirus and Office 365 renewals over the phone or email and can direct-ship any IT supplies required, pending stock availability.
For business customers, we will still be available for remote support 8.30am-5.00pm as usual with full access to all our systems while working from home.

**** OUTLOOK EMAIL VISIBILITY ISSUES ****
Please note Microsoft has fixed the issue with Outlook emails not appearing and is pushing out an update, to check for this update, in Outlook, go to the File Menu (Top Left) then down the bottom left, Office Account, and then on the right will be Office Updates, click this and check for new updates.

Good morning everyone. Unfortunately we've come in to find a worldwide issue with Microsoft Outlook. The issue is with displaying email in the reading pane. Unfortunately there is no fix as of yet. Webmail and mobile access is unaffected. We'll post another update when a resolution is available. One thing we have noted if Outlook has been left open since it was working it continues to do so. We suggest not closing outlook or restarting your computer unless necessary!

Hi everyone! We are fast reaching the end of 2020 (thankfully for many of us) and we want to advise our opening hours for next week up until Christmas Eve.

We will be open our normal trading hours of 8.30am-5pm Monday 21st December to Wednesday 23rd and from 8.30am-3pm(ish) on Thursday 24th. We will reopen on 05 Jan.

Please be aware that outside of emergencies we will likely not be able to get to any new jobs after Monday that aren't already booked or in progress currently.

We would like to thank all of our customers for their loyal custom over the year and we look forward to seeing you all again in 2021! 😀
