🌕 The glow of the moon over Te Kuiti early Sunday morning.

The internet doesn't sleep, and sometimes neither do we.🥴 We got a 3am alert that the internet was off at one of our main sites that also feeds 6 other sites, affecting around 100 customers.

After an hour of troubleshooting remotely, we had to make a site visit at 4:30am to fix a hardware fault and get the internet back on before your morning coffee. 😎

This morning’s quake woke us all up early, and somehow it still wrapped up faster than being “transferred to the right department” at one of the big providers.

If you’re over hold music that lasts longer than a 5am earthquake and customer service that moves slower than tectonic plates, it might be time to switch to a team that actually answers.
