Update on domestic courier pricing in NZ.

On 15th October CourierPost increased prices of courier bags & tickets that Private Box uses for domestic courier delivery :-(

So we have reviewed the pricing for NZ courier services, and our prices will be increasing slightly next week. This will result in a 20-70¢ increase per bag/ticket.

We try to keep costs low, we buy in bulk which allows us to get a discount which we pass on to Private Box customers. Most courier items that we offer are still at a 10-40% discount off Retail prices.

FYI businesses selling products to the UK...

With the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, there is an introduction of a new VAT scheme on goods imported from outside the UK.
VAT needs to be collected at point of sale for items valued at £135 or less.

Christmas sending deadlines are out.
Due to COVID interruptions some deadlines have been pushed forward compared to previous years. The first deadline is November 25th (Airmail to 'Rest of the world').

𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀:
* Australia: Air November 30, courier December 7, express courier December 14.

* South Pacific, Asia, North America, Britain and Europe – Air November 27, courier December 4, express courier December 10.

* Rest of the world – Air November 25, courier December 2, express courier December 8.
