We’re absolutely stoked to share that we’ve taken home two Gold medals at the recent Outstanding Food Producer Awards!

– Gold in the Seafood category for our Harissa Smoked Mussels
– Gold in the Earth category for our Wakame Hot Sauce

We’re incredibly proud to have our smoked mussels recognised among the best in New Zealand but we’re especially excited about the hot sauce. What started as a bit of a wild idea has been validated by the judges as:

“Fantastic aroma and good length of heat. Unique fresh flavour with multiple uses.”

That feedback means a lot, and it’s given us even more motivation to keep pushing the boundaries with Premium Seas wakame and see just how far we can take it.
