Boss-Secretary Feature

This feature allows a designated user to screen calls for another designated user. When a call comes in, the secretary will receive it and can direct it to the boss if necessary. This feature benefits businesses with high call volumes or hierarchal structures, enhancing call prioritisation and efficiency.

Calls answered by the secretary will be marked and displayed as missed calls in the boss’s call log, so the boss can easily know who is calling. Conversations before and after the boss resumes the call will be saved as separate recordings, accessible only to the secretary and boss respectively.

WebRTC Trunk
