تعزيز المستقبل الرقمي لسلطنة عُمان:
اختتام الفوج الأول من البرنامج الوطني لقادة الأمن السيبراني، الذي نفذته أوتك التابعة (شركة عمانتل) بالتعاون مع برايس ووترهاوس كوبرز الشرق الأوسط. تم تصميم هذا البرنامج خصيصا لإعداد وتأهيل الكوادر الوطنية المتخصصة لمواجهة التهديدات السيبرانية المتزايدة، وتعزيز الاستعداد الرقمي، وحماية البنية التحتية الرقمية بطريقة تدعم التحول الرقمي في السلطنة.

على مدار خمسة أيام، اجتمعت الكفاءات الوطنية من قيادات الأمن السيبراني في سلطنة عُمان ضمن تجربة تدريبية متكاملة ركزت على المهارات القيادية، والمرونة السيبرانية، والابتكار، وترسيخ الثقة الرقمية.

وقد استعرض البرنامج، المبادرة الرائدة من "أوتك" بالتعاون مع "PwC Middle East"، أهمية دور مديري أمن المعلومات، من خلال محاور شملت الحوكمة، والاستراتيجيات، وإدارة المخاطر، والتقنيات الناشئة، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز الجاهزية السيبرانية والمهارات القيادية اللازمة لمواكبة مشهد رقمي متسارع التغير.

ومع احتفائنا بتخرّج الدفعة الأولى، نؤكد التزامنا المشترك بتأهيل قيادات الأمن السيبراني، وتعزيز الثقة الرقمية، ودعم تطلعات التحول الرقمي بما يتماشى مع رؤية عُمان 2040.

إن مستقبل الأمن السيبراني في عُمان تصنعه الكفاءات الوطنية، ويأتي البرنامج الوطني لقيادات الأمن السيبراني "CISO100" ليسهم في إعدادهم لهذه المسؤولية.

Over five days, CISO100 Oman brought together cybersecurity leaders from across the Sultanate for an immersive journey focused on leadership, resilience, innovation, and digital trust.

Delivered by Otech in collaboration with PwC Middle East, the programme explored the evolving role of the Chief Information Security Officer, covering strategy, governance, risk management, emerging technologies, cyber resilience, and the leadership skills required to navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape.

As we celebrate the graduation of the inaugural cohort, we also celebrate a shared commitment to strengthening cybersecurity leadership, advancing digital trust, and supporting Oman’s digital transformation ambitions in line with Oman Vision 2040.

The future of cybersecurity in Oman will be shaped by its leaders. CISO100 Oman is helping prepare them for that responsibility.
