TOLERANCE OF THE PASSIVE COMPONENTS
Selected, top quality components are used: low tolerance resistors andcapacitors, coupling capacitors in polyester with high linearity and low thermaldrift and specifically designed for car applications. Every detail has been looked atfor the selection of each device, each part finds it best position in the delicateelectrical balance of the system in order to ensure excellent performance whichdoes not change over time.
QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS USED
The RCA Cinch input connections are gold plated, integrated in the protectioncylinders, the power connections are built in single body gold plated brass.Power supply and output currents run on extra large gold plated copper bars,lifted by PCB; this solution is able to reduce losses and the thermal stress insidethe amplifier, protecting all the components from destructive thermal cycles.

At the dawn of the CAR HI-FI, the main electronics problem that needed to besolved was to eliminate the electrical and electromagnetic disturbances producedby vehicles. To prevent creating ground loops in the connections between carradio and power electronics, different systems were adopted among whichseparation of the amplifier ground from the car-battery ground.
.E.A.R.T. - High Efficiency A-Class Regulation Technology
With the goal of extending the pluses of class A to car applications, we havedeveloped a circuitry system called H.E.A.R.T. which is able to reduce to aminimum the energy waste typical of amplifiers in this class of operation.Basically H.E.A.R.T. limits the power to dissipate to that which is strictly necessaryfor the amplifier to operate in class A, it continuously adapts the electricalbehaviour of the amplification stage to the signal conditions and output load,dramatically increasing the overall efficiency of the system compared totraditional class A amplifiers.

The CLASSE A has been designed in STRAIGHT-IN technology, with the aim ofreducing the signal routes between input and output to the indispensable. Thecircuitry architecture does not include a preamplification stage, a decision whichhelps reduce the overall path of the musical information, minimising theinterference generated by the amplification process.

The efficiency of the CLASSE A cooling system is among the highest available onthe market. The extraordinary dissipation characteristics are the result of highlyinnovative design choices, including the dynamic microprocessor controlledIntellispeed forced ventilation system.The high dissipating power of the blade profile is combined with the effectivenessof 6 fans built in the side tunnels, positioned to convey cold air to the mostappropriate spots. The built-in sensors constantly monitor the thermal/electricalconditions of the transistors and diodes, communicating with the microprocessorin real time.
