(CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER)
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience of at least three (3) years as a Supervisor or Manager for a company in a related field.
Specialization in Sales and Marketing, or equivalent.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients assigned to him/ her through consistent customer contact.
2.Regularly updates clients on account status and other immediate concerns that arise during the campaign.
3.Minimizes client attrition by renewing service contracts.
4.Identifies potential client concerns and proactively resolves them.
5.Upsell clients on other products and services offered by the company
6.Makes sure that the client`s quota and needs are met within the specified time frame agreed upon in the contract
7.Responsible for keeping the production leader updated with any changes or feedback coming from the client.
8.Performs other tasks assigned by the Group Leader or the CEO
9.Reports directly to the Group Leader. In the absence of a group leader, reports directly to the CEO.
(PRODUCTION MANAGER)
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience of at least three (3) years as a Supervisor or Manager for a company in a related field.
Specialization in Sales and Marketing, or equivalent.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in any field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Supervise the team to include accountability for time and attendance, goal setting and attainment, problem solving, and appropriate disciplinary actions.
2.Responsible for training, coaching, and developing assigned agents to conclude monitoring presentations, conducting evaluations, follow-up, and corrective counseling as needed.
3.Assist the Account Manager in maintaining a positive, motivating, and high-energy working environment.
4.Carrying out performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of all agent's to improve efficiencies.
5.Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
6.Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
