Please be advised that an emergency maintenance activity is currently ongoing in portions of our service area due to the ongoing utility line clearing operation along Marcos Highway cor Siruna Barangay Mambugan, Antipolo City.

As part of the clearing activity, some fiber cables may need to be temporarily removed or repositioned, which could result in temporary service interruptions for affected customers.

Our technical team is on standby and will immediately restore and reconnect all affected fiber lines once the clearing activity has been completed and the area is declared safe for restoration.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. These activities are essential in helping improve the safety, organization, and long-term reliability of our network.

Magandang araw!

Nais po naming ipaalam na kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ang Meralco ng cable clearing operation sa kahabaan ng Upper Dos, Peñafrancia, Antipolo City. Ang layunin nito ay alisin ang mga nakalaylay at hindi maayos na kable upang mapanatili ang kaligtasan ng publiko at ng mga utility lines.

Dahil dito, maaaring pansamantalang alisin o ilipat ang ilang fiber cables sa lugar. Humihingi po kami ng inyong paumanhin at pang-unawa kung makakaranas ng pansamantalang abala o pagkaantala sa aming serbisyo.

Makakaasa po kayo na ibabalik at iaayos agad ng ATSS Fiber ang aming mga linya sa sandaling matapos ang clearing operation ng Meralco at payagan na ang reinstatement.
