I’d rather know that I tried than live with the regret of never finding out what this could become.
I’m just gonna do it.
I don’t care anymore if it’s not perfect.
For almost 2 years, I’ve spent nearly every weekend building this as a side project — thinking, designing, changing things, rebuilding, second-guessing decisions, and overthinking every little detail.
It was something I worked on whenever I had the time. Weekends that could have been spent resting often became weekends spent building this idea.
Along the way, I also tried looking for investors, funding, and incubation opportunities. I reached out, applied, pitched the idea, and hoped to find the support that could help me take it further.
Most of those attempts didn’t work out.
And if I’m being transparent, that added to my hesitation.
It made me question whether the idea was worth continuing, whether I was building the right thing, and whether I should just leave it as another unfinished side project.
But I realized something:
I don’t want to reach a point in my life where I look back and tell myself, “I should have done it.”
I’d rather try and fail than spend years wondering what could have happened if I had just given it a real shot.
I can’t keep waiting for someone else to validate the idea before I believe in it enough to finish what I started.
So I’m done treating this like something I’ll finish “when I have time.”
I’m fully committed to finishing what I started and seeing how far I can take it.
At some point, “waiting until it’s perfect” becomes another way of delaying the thing you really want to do.
So I’m launching Ubram.online anyway.
It’s still in the early stages. There will be bugs. There will be things I need to improve. Some features may change completely as I learn from the people actually using it.
And that’s okay.
Ubram is a video-first hiring platform I built to help Filipino talent show more than what can fit on a resume and connect with opportunities around the world.
Instead of spending another year building behind closed doors, I want to build the next version with real users, real feedback, and real experiences.
So here it is.
🚀 Ubram.online is now live.
If you’re a freelancer, professional, employer, or simply curious about what I’ve been spending my weekends building, I’d love for you to try it.

If you encounter a bug, tell me.
If something feels confusing, tell me.
If you think something could be better, definitely tell me.
Maybe the funding comes later. Maybe an investor comes later. Maybe it doesn’t.
But I’d rather know that I tried than live with the regret of never finding out what this could become.
After almost two years of weekends…
No more overthinking. Time to ship. 🇵🇭
