Windsor Computer Center started operations on November, 1994 with its office located at the second floor of Mercado Building along P. Burgos Street, Batangas City. Its initial main line of business was focused on computer sales and rentals. In the same year, it set up an extension office in Manila to facilitate in the receiving of goods from suppliers which were based in ; and at the same time to
serve its Manila-based customers. On October 1999, it diversified and included into its product lines prepaid phone cards and mobile phone kits. By April 2001, Windsor Computer Center ventured into DREAM Direct-to-Home Satellite Television as a dealer and was appointed Regional Distributor for the Province of Batangas on October, 2008. Then, on December 2005, it introduced the OfficeStation, the world's first terminal unit that does not require a CPU, hard drive or CD-ROM and yet functions just like an ordinary PC which can help save any organization up to 70% of its hardware and maintenance cost! And on July 2009, it was appointed by HP as one of its HP Managed Partner.
