Intelco experienced unstable power fluctuations caused by the nationwide power supply issue, which affected portions of our network infrastructure and resulted in temporary service interruptions for some subscribers.
Our technical team worked throughout the night and into the early morning to restore and stabilize our services.
Services have now been restored; however, some subscribers may still experience intermittent connectivity issues while our technical team continues to monitor and fully stabilize the network.
Due to the unusually high volume of messages and calls received during the outage, our response times may have been delayed.
