How to message us?
1. Message Subject:
Avoid entering an empty or generic subject. Example: "Printing Request" or "For Printing."
Use Correct Message Format:

Message Format:
Name: [Full name of Customer]
Type of Printing: [Document Printing / Photo Printing]
File Type: [PDF, Word, JPEG]
Number of Copies: [Bilang ng Kopya]
Size: [A4, Short, Long, atbp.]
Type of Paper (for Photo Printing only): [Satin / Glossy]
Color: [Black & White or Colored]
Special Instructions: [Kung mayroong karagdagang detalye tulad ng page na kailangan lang i-print o specific na pag-edit]
Note: There is an additional fee for editing.
3. Attach the Files:
- Make sure the files to be printed are attached to the message.
4. Make sure the information is correct:
- Before sending the message, check all the details to avoid printing mistake.
5. Wait for Confirmation:
- Wait for our confirmation before following up. We will provide detailed information about the price, pickup time, or delivery.
