⚡Botched UP your CHARGING PORT? ⚡

This Tecno phone came in with a damaged Type-C port. Still charges but pretty risky if you ask me.

So we replaced it with a brand new one. Now, no more praying to tech-Zeus for that 50/50 chance of either the charging board or the charger getting fried. ⚡😂

This Acer Nitro gaming laptop with an RTX 4050 took a spill and got wet from the bottom. Now, the customer's anxious to turn it on in case it might ＥＸＰＬＯＤＥ. 💥

Good news: it’s now fixed and properly cleaned, including the bottom plastic cover. As part of our 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗠𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘, the customer also got a 𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 system performance, stability, and Windows file corruption check to make sure everything’s running safely and smoothly. ✅

TNF Diaries

A family member bought a better tower fan for her white PC and paid someone to install it. Checked the temps while gaming; it was hitting 80°C, aaaaaand the CPU + iGPU weren’t even at 90–100%.

It bothered me for weeks until I finally snapped, opened it up, and… yup, there it is.

Note to self: Always check your temps, guys. Your PC might be screaming silently.

Oh yeah, we also notified the business. Gotta build that healthy business circle.
