Our Company, 2MV CDO Company had its humble beginnings on February 24, 2004 when the company was organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a general partnership with 100 percent Filipino capitalization operating under the Business Name, likewise registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as 2MV Enterprise Solutions. In 1995, prior to the Company’s formation, the people behind the 2MV CDO Company (2MV Enterprise Solutions) were able to design and develop the Revenue Generation Systems (RGS) which consisted of the Real Property Tax System (RPTS) and the Business Permits & Licensing System (BPLS). We are determined to provide to the other Local Government Units in the Philippines, particularly in these parts of the country. The same opportunity, akin to the one afforded to the City of Cagayan de Oro. The Revenue Generation Softwares will enable Local Government Units to improve their resource mobilization, utilization and generation, in order to increase collection efficiency thus achieving better local autonomy and governance. All these at a competitive and reasonable cost to the LGU.
