We are currently experiencing a power outage in the area that has affected our server room. While our systems are currently running on UPS and battery backup, please be advised of the following:
- Our backup power can support operations for up to 8 hours.
- If electricity is not restored within that time, we will need to manually shut down our servers to protect the equipment and prevent service disruptions.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as needed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
