A Warm Welcome to Our Future IT Professionals!
Intud Integrated System proudly welcomes the three graduating BS Information Technology students from Carlos Hilado Memorial State University (CHMSU-BNLBGN) as they begin their On-the-Job Training journey with us.
From day one, these students are not merely observing โ they are already immersed in real-world production environments, actively participating in live system development, troubleshooting, and debugging of ongoing INTUD Integrated System projects. Seeing them work hands-on with actual code, solving real technical challenges, and collaborating within a professional development setup reflects the true essence of experiential learning.
This training is more than a requirement for graduation; it is a transformation. Through exposure to live deployment scenarios, system integration tasks, and practical debugging processes, the students are developing critical industry competencies โ problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, and professional responsibility. Each challenge they encounter becomes a lesson, and each solution they build strengthens their confidence as future IT practitioners.
